About Me

I’m a registered nurse with over 18 years of experience and knowledge working in a variety of healthcare settings, including women’s health, school nursing, emergency care, and community outreach. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how powerful prevention and education can be in supporting long-term health.

Today, I share that passion through wellness speaking events and educational programs that help people better understand their bodies, explore root causes, and take a proactive approach to whole-body wellness.

I also work closely with individuals through my 1:1 chronic disease coaching services because sometimes, you need more than information. You need a partner who truly gets it. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis or have been managing a chronic condition for years, I offer personalized support for those living with diabetes or pre-diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune conditions, and more.

Together, we’ll go beyond managing symptoms and dig into the lifestyle, habits, and root causes that affect your day-to-day health. Sessions are available virtually, so you can get the support you need from the comfort of your own home. My Mission

My mission is to deliver meaningful wellness education that helps individuals, families, communities, and organizations better understand health, strengthen prevention, and build sustainable habits for long-term well-being.

I’m so grateful for the experience. My goal going in was to clean up my diet and take a more intentional approach to my overall health and wellness—and this program truly delivered on that goal. I had the pleasure of inviting Vindeira to speak to a group of homeschool moms for a self-care themed Lunch and Learn, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish.

Scheduling with her was very easy, and she was extremely accommodating throughout the planning process. She responded quickly to all of my questions and even provided helpful recommendations for snacks to serve during the event. She also promptly sent an itinerary outlining the topics she would be covering, which made planning much easier.

One thing I especially appreciated was her ability to pivot when things didn’t go exactly as planned. Unfortunately, we realized that the TV wasn’t working, but she handled it gracefully and adjusted without missing a beat.
