About Me

I’m a registered nurse with over 18 years of experience working in a variety of healthcare settings, including women’s health, school nursing, emergency care, and community outreach. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how powerful prevention and education can be in supporting long-term health.

Today, I share that passion through wellness speaking events and educational programs that help people better understand their bodies, explore root causes, and take a proactive approach to whole-body wellness.

My Mission

My mission is to deliver meaningful wellness education that helps individuals, families, communities, and organizations better understand health, strengthen prevention, and build sustainable habits for long-term well-being.

I’m so grateful for the experience. My goal going in was to clean up my diet and take a more intentional approach to my overall health and wellness—and this program truly delivered on that goal. One of the biggest takeaways for me was learning how to read food labels more effectively and make small, manageable changes that add up over time. I also gained a deeper awareness of the signals my body is sending me, which has helped me make more aligned choices. What really stood out, though, was the level of support. I felt emotionally and mentally encouraged not just by the thoughtful content but also by Vindeira’s genuine willingness to be available both during and outside of the sessions.
