I opened this private nursing practice in 2022 so I can provide the help to others that I wish I had for my family and myself when I first began this health journey.
Having a nursing background and combining that knowledge and experience with Functional Medicine and Functional Nutrition, I am better equipped to help guide you to understand what is going on in your body and get to the root causes of your health issues.
There are so many factors affecting our health that can lead to illness and disease in the body. I am here to provide guidance, education, support, and accountability while helping you achieve your health goals on your personal health journey.
