1:1 Coaching Session
Price: $150 per hour per session
What’s Included:
All initial sessions begin with a comprehensive health history intake.
Video chat/Phone call sessions
What you can expect during our sessions together:
-A deep conversation so I can get to know your health history. This is where functional medicine focuses on the whole body, not just a single organ, body part, or symptom.
-Food journaling and meal planning guidance. This is where we take a look at what you are eating and analyzing how you are feeling and making appropriate changes.
-Stress management, genetic factors, and other triggers. This is where we have to look at more than just food triggers. We will cover concepts such as sleep hygiene, and learn about stress management techniques.
-Nutritional/Vitamin/Mineral deficiencies. I like to review any labwork or other tests you may have had performed in the last two years. This helps me to see the big picture of what is going on. We discuss any patterns and I provide recommendations so you can have your PCP order more testing or you can also order your own labs (functional medicine tests included) through my services via Evexia.
-Accountability and check-ins. You never have to feel alone in this process! I have been here where you are, and having someone to talk to, to vent to, to cry, to share success with, to share little gains with, I am here to fully support you in any way I can!

Educational Session
Price: $50 for 1 hour session
Pre-Diagnosis/New Diagnosis/Chronic Disease Management
This session is for you if you’ve been told you were pre-hypertensive, pre-diabetic, or if you have been recently diagnosed or wanting to learn more about your chronic disease such as Type 2 Diabetes, Hashimoto’s, Arthritis, Hypertension (high blood pressure), Irritable Bowel Syndrome and more.
Contact me with any questions you may have regarding ANY condition or disease you are interested in learning more about, and I will create a personalized plan for you!
What’s Included:
-60 minute educational session.
-A personalized powerpoint presentation/take home fact sheet
for a specific disease which includes:
1) What the disease is
2)The signs and symptoms to look out for
3) Disease management
4) Medication Management information
(Easy to read info sheet on Medications you were specifically
prescribed: side effects, considerations, and so on).
5) Diet and lifestyle changes that are personalized to your lifestyle
6) Additional Labwork/testing recommendations
